About the Company
Huvo AI helps real estate developers and brokerages improve lead conversion using AI voice agents. Our platform automates lead qualification, follow-ups, site visit booking, WhatsApp brochure delivery, and reminder workflows across Hindi, English, and regional languages. We work with leading players in the Indian real estate ecosystem and are building a new category at the intersection of real estate, AI, and sales automation. We are hiring one of our first commercial team members — someone who can close new business, build strong customer relationships, and help shape our sales playbook from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a primarily sales role with some account ownership. Your core responsibility will be to bring in new business across developers, brokerages, and channel partner networks. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, commercial closure, and handoff. Because we are still early, you will also stay close to key accounts after closing — ensuring smooth onboarding, driving usage, and identifying expansion opportunities. But this is first and foremost a revenue-driving sales role, not a pure customer success position.
Responsibilities
- New Business Sales
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and manage pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 developers, large brokerages, and channel partner firms
- Run discovery calls and tailored product demos based on customer funnel pain points
- Position Huvo AI across use cases such as inbound lead response, outbound qualification, follow-ups, site visit conversion, and WhatsApp engagement
- Create commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Work directly with the founder on strategic deals and partnerships
- Represent Huvo AI at industry events, proptech meetups, and relevant real estate forums
- Account Growth
- Ensure smooth transition from closed deal to go-live for key accounts
- Stay close to customers post-sale to drive adoption and early success
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across projects, teams, and workflows
- Support renewals and maintain strong executive relationships
- Share customer feedback with the product and founding team
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales
- At least 2 years of experience selling into the Indian real estate ecosystem or adjacent categories such as proptech, CRM, telephony, or lead management software
- Strong understanding of how developer and brokerage sales teams operate, including lead funnels, telecalling, site visits, and channel partner networks
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage sales, marketing, CRM, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage startup
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
Required Skills
- Existing relationships with sales or marketing leaders at real estate developers, brokerages, or channel partner firms
- Experience selling products such as CRM, telephony, WhatsApp automation, lead management, or workflow software
- Exposure to AI, conversational AI, voice tech, or automation products
- Experience expanding accounts after closure
