About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in construction services to drive business growth across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong dealer and channel partner networks, and converting leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction segment (residential & commercial).
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and channel partners across Delhi NCR.
- Build and expand a strong channel partner network to drive consistent sales.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and close deals effectively.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into business.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to the management team.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in sales within construction services or building materials.
- Proven experience in dealer/channel partner development.
- Strong network in Delhi NCR construction ecosystem is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
Preferred Background
Candidates from industries like construction services, building materials, contractors, or real estate-related sales will be highly preferred.
