Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include prospecting and engaging potential clients, building long-term customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of property solutions to clients.
Compensation
Fixed Salary Ranges between 3.6 LPA to 6.12 LPA, with performance-based incentives additional.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy Development and Target Achievement
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement Skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Data Interpretation
- Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills
- Team Leadership and Performance Monitoring expertise
- Familiarity with the real estate sector and property solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
