Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering on sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting client training sessions, and managing sales processes from initiation to closure.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to deliver optimal performance
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely while staying results-driven
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
