Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, revenue-focused Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive new business acquisition across Cloud and SaaS solutions.
This is a hunter role focused on generating pipeline, closing new logos, and driving aggressive revenue growth. While the primary focus is outbound and new business, qualified inbound leads will also be assigned.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from lead qualification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
- Work on qualified inbound leads assigned by marketing or partnerships
- Own the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure
2. Cloud & SaaS Sales
- Sell AWS cloud solutions (migration, modernization, managed services)
- Drive SaaS sales across Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitLab, JetBrains, Microsoft ecosystem, and Tempo
- Position value-driven, consultative technology solutions
3. End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Conduct discovery and requirement discussions
- Coordinate with pre-sales for solution scoping and proposal development
- Manage commercials, negotiations, and contract closures
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery team post-closure
4. Performance Accountability
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage
- Consistently generate new qualified opportunities
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Strong new business / hunting background
- Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, DevOps, or IT services preferred
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
