Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Hola Local Studios, Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, pitching production and creative services, and driving revenue growth across studio rentals, branded shoots, podcast production, UGC videos, and commercial content projects. The role involves lead generation, client servicing, strategic outreach, and coordinating with the creative team to convert inquiries into long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within media, advertising, production, or creative industries
- Strong understanding of branded content, commercial shoots, social media content production, and creator-led marketing trends
- Ability to generate leads, pitch services effectively, and build long-term client relationships
- Experience working with brands, creators, startups, or agencies for content production requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Prior experience in media production houses, creative studios, or advertising agencies is preferred
