_Urgent Requirement for a reputed Real Estate Mandate Firm in Mumbai_
Job Location: Thane, Mulund, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Job Title: Sales Manager (Sourcing/Closing) – Real Estate
Salary Budget: ₹10–13.5 LPA (Basis last drawn only)
Shift: Dayshift – 6 days working with rostered week off
*_Candidate should have minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Closing (Developers/Mandate Firms)_*
*Responsibilities*
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs
• Manage client relationships and ensure repeat business & lead generation
• Liaison between clients and organization for deal closures
• Stay updated with real estate market trends & gather market intelligence
• Achieve sales targets set by the organization
• Drive sales through various marketing initiatives
• Handle direct enquiries from marketing campaigns & references
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with clients
*Required Skills:*
• Must be a Graduate
• 4 plus years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Closing is MUST
•2 plus years of stability in each current/previous organization is MUST
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-spoken with good client handling ability
• Good understanding of real estate market & consumer behavior
• Passionate and target-driven in sales
