Job Responsibilities:
- Source and build potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels
- Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products
- Conduct initial assessment of loan applications and coordinate with credit and technical teams for loan processing
- Facilitate and oversee loan documentation, sanctioning, and disbursement processes
- Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursal Documents) and provide post-disbursal customer support
- Drive and achieve business targets for Prime LAP products
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in NBFC or banking sector
- At least 5 years of experience in Prime LAP products
- Strong experience in DSA channel sales
- Should have handled ticket size of ₹50 Lakhs and above
- Graduate or above
