Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Vishakhapatnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering client relationships. The role involves monitoring market trends, providing training and support to team members, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal departments to streamline processes and reporting on sales performance will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and meeting sales targets
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Ability to mentor, train, and motivate a sales team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market scenarios and drive results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the housing finance or financial services industry is considered a plus
