Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Technical knowledge in catalysts or related chemical industries is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required
