Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Lucknow/ Bareilly /Kanpur/Dehradun/Meerut / Dhanbad / Jamshedpur .The Sales Manager will oversee and drive business growth by developing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new clients, nurturing existing client accounts, mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate
- Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and adapt to market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, policies, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
