Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive membership growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with potential and existing members, achieving monthly sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives. Additional tasks involve organizing promotional activities, analyzing sales metrics, and identifying new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and perform market research
- Preferably experience in the fitness or wellness industry
