Healthism Gym is on a mission to make fitness accessible, empowering, and transformative for everyone. We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our membership growth, inspire our sales team, and help more people begin their fitness journey with us.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed membership targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new member acquisition and retention
- Build genuine relationships with prospective members through consultations, tours, and follow-ups
- Analyse sales data and generate reports to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to run impactful campaigns and promotions
- Maintain an energetic, welcoming floor presence that reflects our brand values
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their goals
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting
- A self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities
