Role Description
The Sales Manager role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue objectives, and identifying market opportunities. Key responsibilities include establishing and achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and providing training and development to team members to enhance their performance. This role involves collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, along with monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.

- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to building a dynamic sales team.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a valuable asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
