Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Gandhidham branch. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales initiatives and grow the Bank’s market presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and leadership skills, including team management and sales strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and expand client relationships.
- Proven business development and relationship management experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in banking or housing loans.
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to adapt strategies to the local business environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
