Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Ranchi. The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales pitches and proposals, and leading negotiations. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, sales planning, and meeting targets
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
