Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales activities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This includes managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and developing training initiatives for the sales team are also part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, business development, and account management
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to drive customer acquisition, build client relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
