Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and devising tailored logistics solutions for customers. The role involves conducting market research to identify trends, meeting sales targets, collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will create sales reports and strategize to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of global relocation with an understanding of international shipping and customs regulations
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an added advantage
- Previous experience in relocation company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
