Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities will also include managing and mentoring the sales team, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

- Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in managing and motivating sales teams effectively.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on fostering client relationships.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and sales planning.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial products, particularly adhesives, oils, and coolants, would be considered an advantage.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in technology: Experience with sales CRM tools and basic analytical software is a plus.
- Proactive Approach: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
