Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and sales presentations, managing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends to devise effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, client relationship management, and account development experience
- Ability to identify business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with industrial supplies such as adhesives, oils, greases, and rust preventive solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales reporting
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the industrial supply or manufacturing industry is preferred
