About the Role
Gudz is hiring a Sales Manager – Logistics to expand our shipper network across Delhi NCR. The role focuses on acquiring and managing shipping clients for PTL freight, intracity logistics, and air cargo services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands industrial clusters, warehouse ecosystems, and B2B freight sales and can consistently onboard new shipping clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new B2B shipping clients across Delhi NCR
• Sell PTL / LTL freight solutions to metro and Tier-1 cities
• Grow intracity logistics business within Delhi NCR
• Manage and guide a team of field sales executives
• Build relationships with dispatch managers, warehouse heads, and supply chain leaders
• Track leads, shipments, and revenue through CRM tools
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Revenue Targets
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Delhi NCR
• Monthly revenue target: ₹50L-75L in freight bookings
• Onboard 10–20 new shipping clients per month
• Drive consistent shipment volumes across PTL and intracity services
Ideal Candidate
• 3–7 years of experience in logistics / freight sales
• Experience selling PTL / LTL freight or trucking services
• Strong network in Delhi NCR industrial clusters
• Proven track record of closing B2B logistics clients
• Experience managing field sales teams
