Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager to join our team in Raipur. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing client relationships, developing and managing sales pipelines, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and design effective Market Strategies
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Skills
- Expertise in Planning, Target Setting, and Sales Forecasting
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy or Solar Solutions is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
