Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in many cities across the hinterland and metropolitan cities.
The Sales Manager will be solely and wholly focused on the part of development and implementation of sales execution excellence to meet sales revenue, wide distribution, prime visibility, people management, and channel relationship targets.
The role includes delivery & ownership across market analysis, opportunity identification, operational supervision, collaborative functioning, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Core Skills in Distributed Sales, Customer Relationship, and Business Development.
- Soft Skills in People, Communication, Relationship, Functional Management.
- Industry Skills in FMCG (food and dairy products).
- Extra Skills of sales forecasting, regular reporting, and CRM tools.
- Added Skills in focus, intensity, determination, and perseverance.
- We believe that a degree (bachelors or masters) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a nice-to-have badge.
