About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive high-value real estate sales. This role requires a strong ability to understand investment needs, build relationships, and close premium deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with HNI clients and investors to understand their investment goals and provide tailored real estate solutions
- Conduct presentations and meetings with corporate clients and investment groups
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, IPCs, and corporate networks
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and drive end-to-end sales closures
- Maintain strong follow-ups and long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in real estate
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate / investment / high-ticket sales
- Strong experience in handling HNI clients or corporate sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of real estate market and investment products
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
