Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive media sales, sponsorships, and brand partnerships across Ampverse DMI Rivals’ gaming and esports ecosystem.
You will work with brands, agencies, and direct clients to create impactful marketing solutions across media, influencers, and gaming IPs while owning revenue targets and contributing to go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through media sales, sponsorships, and influencer-led campaigns
- Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Develop and sell integrated solutions including:
- Digital media (reserved & programmatic)
- Influencer marketing campaigns
- Esports & IP sponsorships
- White-label gaming events
- Lead programmatic partnerships with agencies and platforms
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Rivals offerings
- Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, influencer, media, ops) for campaign execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CPM, CPL, CPV, CPI, ROI, etc.)
- Stay updated on gaming, esports, and digital media trends
Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in:
- Media sales / digital advertising
- Brand partnerships / sponsorship sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working with:
- Ad networks / publishers / DSPs / DMPs / ad exchanges
- Strong understanding of:
- Programmatic advertising
- Influencer marketing
- Digital media ecosystem
- Deep interest or exposure to gaming, esports, or creator economy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with campaign performance understanding
