Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager – Business Development, you will be the frontline representative of the brand, engaging directly with homeowners and driving property acquisition.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role that blends inside sales, field sales, and relationship management. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer perception, driving conversions, and contributing to the company’s growth in a new market.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with property owners through cold and warm outreach (calls + field visits)
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and pricing insights
- Conduct in-person property assessments and seller meetings
- Build trust and manage end-to-end seller relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams and managers to drive deal closures
- Maintain and leverage CRM systems for data-driven selling
- Achieve and exceed conversion and revenue targets
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships to expand lead pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year experience in Business Development / Sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within Mumbai
- Good understanding of Mumbai geography
- Ability to analyze data and prepare for client conversations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel
- A target-driven mindset with a hunger to earn incentives
- High ownership, adaptability, and a “get-things-done” attitude
