Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development towards Goltens’ range of services including identifying and developing business strategies through exhausting opportunities in both International & domestic Customer.
- Responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and ensure meeting the pre-set sales target.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments
- Conduct sales presentations & technical discussion.
- Perform sales visits and develop new accounts with strategies to increase market shares in Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Industry.
- Perform sales forecasting, contract negotiations and quotations to customers.
- Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / sales team environment for discussions on technical solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients
- Draw up sales and marketing plans and assuring that the Company is achieving its full sales potential; and, fulfilling its obligations under the terms of its Sales and Service Agreements for superior representation and total customer satisfaction.
- Customer follow-up to assure that all potential customers are handled in a manner conducive to maximizing the company goals for sales penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty.
- Responsible to successfully resolving Customer Complaints and with the implementation of the policies, procedures, and processes necessary to being recognized for superior customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Skill
- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in the area of diesel equipment sales and marketing from the reputed company.
- Exposure to good customer base from the marine, offshore, power plant in India and overseas.
- Control the expenditure leakages and maintain net profitability as agreed.
- Good communication Proficiency.
- Good Presentation Skills Power point /CRM/ other software

Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experienced in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications.
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented, detail oriented and a well-developed sense of drive.
- Web application project experience preferred.
- Willing travel in India and overseas.
