Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. In this role, you will manage and execute sales strategies, drive new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, leading a high-performing sales team, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and profitability. Additionally, you will provide regular performance reports, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet targets
- Team management and leadership skills to drive a high-performance sales team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Customer relationship management experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and an understanding of financial products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in MSME or housing finance sectors is an added advantage
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
