Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kolkata covering whole East/ Nepal / Bangladesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and expanding the customer base, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Effective Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, and Team Management abilities
- Experience in the feed additives or animal health industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
