Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities for Pan India. The Sales Manager will get a great exposure in both Digital printing Industry as well as Textile and packaging Industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, and fostering customer satisfaction. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Industry knowledge of water-based dispersions, digital inks, or related fields
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Aptitude for understanding technical product specifications and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant technical field is preferred
