Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include market analysis, presenting product solutions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of CNC machines, SPMs, and related manufacturing or industrial products
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies, Conduct Market Analysis, and Generate Leads
- Effective Time Management, Goal-Oriented, and Results-Driven Approach
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
