Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. The candidate will represent Ginger Hotels to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and a top-notch experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, including account management and client retention strategies
- Proven experience in business development, market analysis, and crafting sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly valued
