Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes managing client accounts, preparing travel packages, negotiating deals with partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance services and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of travel arrangements, including visa processes, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in travel or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software is an advantage.
