URGENT JOB OPENING - Hyderabad - Sales Manager ‼️
Job Summary:
- The Sales Manager will be responsible to expand Company’s presence and Sales revenue in the assigned area. In working closely with Reporting Manager, Technical Team, you will lead every aspect of the sales process from prospection, go-to-market strategies, Pipeline Management, to customer relationship management for the company.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales strategies and seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the sales department.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Establish, execute business development strategies and coordinate all activities to achieve Sales and financial objectives.
- Develop Dealer/ Distribution/Integrator Network.
- Quantify and qualify business development opportunities, win strategies, recommend pricing strategy.
- Understand customer profiles, needs and business models.
- To own and be directly responsible for the Sales Revenue for the specified region/territory.
- Demand generation in new market segments / geographies / verticals.
- Solution Development for specific applications along with technical team.
- Run the overall show in the specified region/territory and recognize sales revenue,
- Joint responsibility for collection of Account Receivables (AR).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the industry.
- Proven working experience of at least 4 years in Safety Products, Fire Safety, Smoke Detection Panels, Gas Suppression system etc.
- Proven track record of 4 to 7 years in sales, preferably in the field of industrial safety products.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
