Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals, monitor market trends, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting revenue goals and KPIs. Additionally, they will oversee sales operations, coach the sales team, and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.
Qualification
- Strong expertise in SaaS Sales Strategy, including product-led growth (PLG), inbound/outbound lead generation, and enterprise sales
- Proven experience in end-to-end SaaS sales lifecycle — from prospecting and demos to negotiation, closure, and post-sales expansion (upsell/cross-sell)
- Hands-on experience in Client Relationship Management & Account Growth, with focus on customer retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value (LTV) enhancement
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership, Sales Coaching, and Performance Management within a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and analytics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, and conversion funnels
- Experience in Market Research, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definition, and Competitor Analysis to drive positioning and GTM strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and product storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical SaaS solutions to business stakeholders
- Ability to consistently meet/exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven SaaS sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or Recruitment Tech platforms (preferred, especially relevant for products like GenieHire.ai)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
