Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. The Sales Manager will also collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation.
- Experience in team management and sales strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of the mining and metals industry or experience in a related field is an advantage.
