Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, build relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for expanding the business. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will effectively present and promote our security solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Team Leadership, Decision-Making, and Coaching abilities
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
- Knowledge of security products and services is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and local languages; familiarity with the regional market is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
