Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Manager will lead our sales efforts, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop market strategies, and oversee sales team performance. Responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, meeting revenue targets, supervising daily operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and strategic skills for market research, sales forecasting, and report generation
- Experience in the renewable energy or technology sectors is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
