Job Summary:
As Manager – Sales, you will lead Fresio’s B2B sales operations by driving business growth, building a high-performing sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and managing the complete lead-to-order journey.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new B2B business for third-party cosmetic manufacturing.
Develop new domestic and international customers.
Build long-term relationships with brands, and private label clients.
Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage inquiries from lead generation to order closure.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and payment conditions.
Team Management:
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Conduct weekly sales review meetings.
Assign sales targets and monitor individual performance.
Coach team members to improve conversion rates.
Reporting & MIS:
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.
Maintain lead tracker.
Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, samples, and conversions.
Submit sales forecasts and business plans to management.
Expected Outcomes:
Achieve or exceed sales targets.
Increase customer acquisition and retention.
Expand domestic and international markets.
Improve profitability through strategic sales planning.
