Hiring: Sales Manager (Events)
📍 Bangalore | Immediate Joiner | Open to Travel | 4- 5 Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the events industry to drive business growth and client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Drive revenue, brand positioning, client retention & new business growth with yearly & quarterly targets.
- Marketing Management: Lead campaigns, branding, lead generation market research & customer insights.
- Sales Leadership: Manage sales & client servicing teams, set targets, track performance & submit weekly reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with client servicing, creative, operations & finance teams to align business goals.
- Budgeting: Ensure ~25% profit margins (pre-service charges) across projects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales metrics & maintain regular CRM updates.
- Team Development: Recruit, train & mentor teams and drive a high-performance culture.
Key Expectations:
- 10 client calls/day
- 1 meeting/day (5/week – mix of new & existing clients)
- 5 detailed CRM updates/day
- Monthly internal training (30 mins)
- Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting
- Quarterly incentive tracking
