Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, maintaining relationships with key clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, overseeing the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, preparing sales reports, and negotiating contracts with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Territory Management
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
