Role Description The Immigration Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will advise clients on immigration options, assess eligibility, and prepare comprehensive case files. Daily tasks include gathering and reviewing documentation, completing visa and permit applications, and coordinating with authorities and external stakeholders. The role involves scheduling and tracking client appointments, providing regular case updates, and responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner. The consultant will also monitor changes in immigration laws and policies, maintain accurate records, and contribute to improving internal processes and client service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Experience handling Visas, including preparing applications, supporting documentation, and managing submission timelines.
- Understanding of Law related to immigration and residency, with the ability to explain legal requirements in clear, accessible language.
- Consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution-focused advice, and clear communication of options and risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other language proficiency is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office software and case management tools; ability to maintain accurate digital records.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in immigration, legal, or consultancy environments.
