Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Khairatabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, and designing customized sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of solutions for corporate and institutional partners. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide seamless services and optimize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition in a B2B environment.
- Account Management and Customer Relations: Skills in managing corporate accounts, client retention, and relationship-building.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Experience in conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and analyzing market trends.
- Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Healthcare and Diagnostics Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare services, diagnostics products, and industry-specific compliance and standards is a plus.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in technology and digital tools: Comfortable with CRM systems, digital reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
