ABOUT FLUIDTEQ
FSPL is an ISO & PED-certified precision manufacturer of instrumentation tube fittings, valves, sampling systems, and hose assemblies. With 20+ years and over 5 million fittings supplied across railways, oil & gas, defence, and international markets, we are an MSME that punches well above its weight. Three consecutive years of growth — and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
You will hunt, qualify, propose, negotiate, and win business across our target segments. This is not an order-taking job. We are hiring two Sales Engineers with complementary strengths, but if you are exceptional, we will build the territory around you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
▪ Identify and close new business across railways, metro, oil & gas, EPC, defence, and export markets. Own the full cycle from lead to order.
▪ Drive vendor prequalification and enlistment with major end-users — managing documentation, factory audits, and compliance.
▪ Build and manage a pipeline with weekly reporting. Forecast accurately.
▪ Travel to customer sites, conduct technical presentations, and represent FSPL at industry events.
▪ Coordinate with engineering, PPC, and quality to ensure proposals are sound and deliveries meet commitments.
▪ Support tender preparation on GeM, IREPS, and customer portals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
▪ Mechanical or instrumentation engineer (B.E./B.Tech) who understands fittings, valves, and piping systems.
▪ 3–10 years of B2B industrial sales experience. We value trajectory over tenure.
▪ Proven ability to independently generate and close business. Hunters, not farmers.
▪ Comfortable with technical conversations — P&IDs, NACE/ASME/IBR specs, metallurgy discussions.
▪ Strong communication skills. You will write proposals, present to committees, and negotiate with procurement heads.
▪ Self-driven and relentlessly persistent. Willing to travel 40–60% across India and occasionally internationally.

COMPENSATION
No fixed budget. Base salary + performance incentives + travel allowances, structured around your capability and track record.
