What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team
- Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution across SME segments
- Drive pipeline generation, deal conversion, and revenue growth
- Design and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and GTM strategies
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and closing ability
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across markets
- Use data, CRM tools, and AI-driven insights to improve sales efficiency
Must-have
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales
- 3–5 years of experience managing sales teams
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in SaaS / fintech / payments / tech sales
- Strong experience in full-cycle sales and team leadership
Good-to-have
- Experience managing global or multi-region teams
- Exposure to SME or growth segments
- Experience in fintech or payments (preferred, not mandatory)
