Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Sales Pipeline Management
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage sales teams effectively
- Knowledge of water treatment industry and related technical components is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret sales data and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel and collaborate with clients and team members on-site
