Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager and Sales Executives. Key responsibilities include driving revenue through effective sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential clients in the fitness industry, and managing a sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will also oversee contract negotiations, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with business goals. Regular reporting, market research, and forecasting will also be critical components of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and lead generation skills, including experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and communication skills to handle client interactions and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and create actionable sales strategies
- Leadership and team management experience to guide and mentor a sales team
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure, competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience or a keen interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable
- Commitment to working on-site in Hyderabad
