Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate needs, and recommend suitable residential and commercial options. Responsibilities include coordinating property visits, explaining project details, and guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle from initial consultation to possession. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining detailed client records, and ensuring a high standard of service and transparency at every step. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external partners to provide updated inventory, market insights, and RERA-verified options, while consistently meeting sales and relationship-building targets.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including lead conversion, objection handling, and closing real estate transactions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to explain project features, pricing, and processes clearly.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets, RERA guidelines, and local property trends; willingness to continuously learn and stay updated.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients, site visits, and documentation simultaneously.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, financial services, or other client-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including evening or weekend availability based on client schedules.
