Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager, combining in-office responsibilities at Shujalpur with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for driving loan sales, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and designing effective sales strategies to cater to the specific needs of clients and the MSME market.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and handling loan portfolios
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve performance targets
- Knowledge of the financial sector and credit products, specifically within the MSME market
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with the Shujalpur region and its business landscape is advantageous
- Proven ability to work in hybrid environments and manage both remote and in-office tasks effectively
