Experience Required:
Relevant experience in channel sales preferred (especially in fintech, banking, NBFC, or related sectors)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners
Drive sales targets through effective channel strategies
Maintain strong relationships with partners and support their performance
Provide regular training, guidance, and performance feedback
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in channel sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive attitude
Leadership experience for Sales Manager role
